Radish

A half pound of radishes produce about eight ounces of puree.
Radishes can be purchased at their freshest from spring to fall.


 
Wash the radishes thoroughly and chop into small pieces. Steam for about twenty minutes. Place steamed pieces into food processor and puree until smooth. Because of the strong taste of radishes its best combined with another fruit or vegetable until baby can get used to the taste. 



One carrot and two apples with this puree is delicious!
